Horrible Experience in Park Royal!

We checked into this purported 4 stars hotel. When the lift door opened to our floor. The stench of fowl air which was worst than some third world public toilet greeted me. I requested to change floor and was given a higher floor. But my sea view was nothing to shout about. I have to lean side way to see the sea. They also do not deliver ice to the rooms. I have to walk 1/2 a mile to the lift and go to the basement to get it myself. Otherwise pay 5 ringgit to have it delivered. Internet use is a hefty 50 ringgit a day. This hotel nickel and dime you to death. Paid a hefty $450 ringgit (US$135 a night and that is a corporate rate too). Avoid this hotel it at all course is my advice.
