One of the
noticeable place in Penang when you drive along the
North-South highway will be the Juru Auto City. Started by the federal
government back in 2003, the area is a one-stop center for food, auto
showroom and endless carnival. Also known as Highway Auto City, the
center is reputed to be the first of its kind in Malaysia displaying a
good and posh selection of auto vehicle, business &
entertainment district, as well as food galore. Juru Auto-City is
located just minutes after the Juru tol plaza (if you come from the
south) or the Penang bridge.
The car showroom
which has flourish thruout the years include the well
known brand from Europe, Japan, Korean as well as local brand. Here,
you can find famous and well known car brand such as Porches, Audi,
Volkswagen, Citroen, Alfa Romeo, MG Rover, Proton, Perodua, Isuzu,

The Auto City
carnival which has been attracting thousands of visitor
continue to be one of the major attraction. This year alone, more than
50,000 visitor throng the carnival which include showcase such as Japan
GT, street party, manhunt, sushi making competition and children
programs
such as coloring contest, horse riding and more.
Another major
attraction will be the annual Penang International
Lantern Festival. Opens only at night, the festivals promise a colorful
and vibrant night with showcase of many beautiful lantern. If you are a
